SEO ranking report serves as both a mirror and a roadmap: it reflects your current position and offers direction for achieving greater online visibility, driving traffic, and boosting conversions.

These reports highlight keyword trends, showing whether your site’s visibility is improving or facing challenges. By analyzing these fluctuations over time, SEO professionals can pinpoint what’s working and adjust their tactics to drive better results.

Let's find out how to create a rank tracking report in JaySearch!

To share a ranking report, first, you need to create one. See how to create reports in this tutorial.

  1. Login into your JaySeach account.

  1. Click on the report you want to share, and in the top right corner, click Share Report.

  1. Enter the recipient's email and press Enter

A sharing link will be sent to added emails so your colleague or client can access it. You can also copy the link and send it manually.

Unregistered users can view the report up to three times. To view reports without limits, users will need to create a JaySearch account.
